Returns & Exchanges

At Desiphankudi, we strive to make your shopping experience smooth and hassle-free. Please read the following policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. General Policy

By placing an order, you agree to our return and exchange terms. We are committed to delivering high-quality products and services.

2. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only applicable in case of:
    • Manufacturing defects
    • Incorrect product delivered
    • Wrong size sent (not matching the order)
  • In all other cases, a store credit (valid for 90 days) will be issued.
  • Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.

3. Exchange Policy

  • Exchange is allowed only for size issues (bigger or smaller size).
  • Exchange is allowed once per order.
  • If the requested size is not available, a store credit will be provided.
  • Customer must bear both forward and reverse shipping charges.

4. Important Instructions

  • Make a video while opening the parcel (mandatory for claims).
  • Make a video while packing the return product.
  • Keep courier receipt with signature & contact details.
  • We are not responsible for lost returns during transit.

    5. Quality Check & Credit Note

    • After receiving the product, a quality check will be done.
    • If approved, store credit will be issued within 48 hours.

    6. Cancellation Policy

    • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order.
    • After that, cancellation may not be possible.

    7. Non-Returnable Items

    • Products purchased during sale or special offers are not eligible for return or exchange.

    8. Important Notes

    • Slight variations in color (10–12%) may occur due to screen resolution and lighting.
    • Such differences are not eligible for return or exchange.
    • Returns are applicable only for domestic orders.
    • Refunds/exchanges are processed only after receiving and verifying the product.

    9. Store Credit Policy

    • Store credit is valid for 90 days.
    • It must be used in a single transaction.
