To ensure safe delivery, all products are securely packed in waterproof and corrugated boxes.

Courier selection may vary based on serviceability and location.

5. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges may vary depending on the courier partner and delivery location.

6. Address & Delivery Issues

  • Customers must provide a complete and accurate address with PIN code.
  • Desiphankudi is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • Address changes can be requested within 24 hours of placing the order via email.

7. Delivery to Restricted Locations

Deliveries to places like hostels, colleges, or schools are at the customer’s risk.
If the package is not accepted, no refund or reshipment will be provided.

8. Delivery Days

  • Standard deliveries are made on working days only (Monday–Friday).
  • In rare or urgent cases, delivery on Saturdays may be arranged at our discretion.

9. Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately based on availability.

10. Delays in Shipping

  • No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be accepted due to courier delays.

  • In case of loss during transit, we will reprocess the order.

13. Ready to Ship Products

Items marked as “Ready to Ship” are dispatched faster and delivered within 4–6 business days.

14. International Orders

  • Custom duties and taxes, if applicable, must be paid by the customer.

15. Reshipping Policy

If a shipment is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Non-availability of customer

The customer will need to pay reshipping charges and any additional penalties.

16. Returns Related to Size/Preference

Customers must bear both forward and return shipping charges.
